If you or someone you know is unsure whether CrossFit is for you, consider trying our CrossFit Basics course.
CF Basics is a month long course that covers the basic elements of CrossFit. You’ll practice perfect form on the 9 foundational movements that make up our workouts, learn how to scale movements appropriately to your own level, and start ramping up your fitness with a CrossFit workout during each class.
By the end of this course, you will be able to safely, effectively, and confidently head into our Workout of the Day (“WOD”) classes.
Your $150 enrollment fee includes 12 Basics classes that meets each week of the month at 6:30 pm every Mon, Tues & Thurs. During this course, you will be a full CrossFit Provision member with access to any of our WODs, facility, and childcare. Basics spots are limited to ensure our coaches can provide the highest level of individual instruction throughout.
So if you’re on the fence about CrossFit, give it a shot. For many people, they realize they’ve been wasting a lot of time in the gym, and that CrossFit would get them in the best shape of their lives, fast!
