This class will be around 30-45 minutes long and will help dial in technique and answer any questions you all may have on everything we do in the gym! Whether it’s technique on a snatch, how to row correctly, or cues to make muscle-ups easier - we will go over a new movement each week! This is a great class for newbies as well as for those who want to get to that next level! Join this class on Tuesdays and/or Thursdays at 5:30pm! This is no extra charge and will not take place of the normal 5:30pm class!
