Ready to jump in on one of our workouts?! Whether you’re new to CrossFit or have experience with it, you have a few options! Fill out the form and we’ll get in touch with you OR just show on up to one of our scheduled WODs (Workout of the Day)! Class times can be found HERE.
When you get here, all you’ll need to do is grab a coach, sign a waiver, and you’ll be good to go – the coach will take you through everything! The first class is FREE for local residents!
