Meet the Team at CrossFit Provision

We are people just like you. Most of us had never stepped foot in a gym before starting our CrossFit journey. When you visit CrossFit Provision, we want this to be the best 60 minutes of your day. Show up, and we will take care of the rest.

 

A coach will run every class with years of experience who wants nothing but the best for you. They will lead you through a warm-up, go into full detail about the movements and exercises for the day, and give you options for modification. Progress, not perfection, is what we strive for at CrossFit Provision, and it's our goal to get you to where you want to be.
