Your Guide to CrossFit

Have you never tried CrossFit before, or are you unsure if you'd like to participate in a class right away? No problem! At CrossFit Provision, we like to take time with new members to ensure they're comfortable before attending regular classes. Let's start with a tour of the gym and a chat with one of our coaches through our no-obligation, No Sweat Intro.

Fill out the form HERE, mention the No Sweat Intro in the message, and we will contact you to schedule an appointment!

Have a Busy Schedule?

(WE KNOW YOU'RE BUSY)

Ask a coach about our 24/7 access! This allows you full access to our facility any time of the day for just $15 extra!

Have Children?

We know how hard it can be to get to the gym with kids. That's why we are happy to offer free childcare during all CrossFit classes Monday – Saturday, except for the 5:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. workouts. Your children will be in a safe environment away from the workout space. Our childcare room has a viewing window, so you can check in on them anytime. They will be supervised by a childcare specialist at all times so that you can focus on the workout. What better way to show your children that you care about your fitness?
